14winpkr Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

1. Introduction

Welcome to 14winpkr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 14winpkr website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and any related services (collectively the "Platform"). By accessing 14winpkr and registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or voluntary gambling restriction list.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 14winpkr or an immediate family member of such an employee.

14winpkr reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Where a Player cannot demonstrate compliance with age requirements, the account will be suspended and any funds that were deposited will be returned to the originating payment method minus any winnings generated during the restricted period.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 14winpkr. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same contact details, the same device, or the same payment method — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 14winpkr will close all but the original account. Any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, valid contact number, date of birth, and any other information requested during registration. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

Your account password is confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. 14winpkr strongly recommends using a unique password that is not shared with any other service. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 14winpkr support immediately at support@14winpkr.bet. We will never ask for your full password by email or chat.

3.4 Verification

14winpkr may request identity verification documents at any time — including when processing withdrawals, when suspicious activity is detected, or as part of routine compliance checks. Accepted documents typically include a valid CNIC, passport, or utility bill. Withdrawal processing may be paused until verification is complete. This process exists to protect both players and the integrity of the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to your balance. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your 14winpkr balance in real time — typically within seconds of the transfer completing on your mobile wallet. Bank transfers and card deposits may take a short additional processing period. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to Easypaisa or JazzCash wallets are typically processed and received within 10 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 14winpkr does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to withdrawal requests on 14winpkr:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Funds deposited but not wagered at least once are subject to a review before withdrawal to prevent financial fraud through the platform.

5. Betting Rules

• The bet was placed after the event or market was officially closed.
• A clear and obvious error in the displayed odds is identified and the bet was placed at those erroneous odds.
• System technical failure affected the placement or recording of the bet.

5.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is subject to momentary delays between market updates. 14winpkr uses automated systems to suspend live markets when events occur that may affect prices — wickets, goals, penalties, and similar incidents. Bets placed during a market suspension will be rejected and stakes returned. It is the player's responsibility to ensure a bet has been accepted before acting on the assumption that it is confirmed.

11. Account Termination

Upon receiving a closure request, we will process the closure and return any remaining real-money balance to your registered withdrawal method. Note that bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be returned.

11.2 Closure by 14winpkr

14winpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where:

• A player has violated any section of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or payment fraud is detected or suspected.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotions is identified.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 24 months.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned after completion of any necessary investigation, provided no fraud is found.

12. Changes to These Terms
